About Us
GENERIC SERVICES Limited (hereafter referred to
as “GSL”) was founded in Kenya in 2018 and
incorporated as a limited liability company
under the Companies Act, 2015 of the Republic of
Kenya.
A group of locally and regionally experienced
engineers and surveyors were brought together by
the need to secure and execute complex project
contracts, complement their work ethic, various
competencies, and their entrepreneurial spirit.
They consequently agreed to form a private
company that deals in multiple engineering
disciplines,project management,
design, detailed feasibility studies,
procurement, construction, surveying, operation,
and maintenance of various facilities.
Our Services
- Land & Property Surveying: Including boundary surveys, subdivision, cadastral surveys, and topographical surveys for land development and legal purposes.
- Topographical Mapping & GIS: Creating detailed maps and spatial data analysis using Geographic Information Systems for planning and infrastructure projects.
- Construction Surveying: Providing accurate layout, setting out, and monitoring services for civil engineering and building projects.
- Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy: Project management, feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction supervision, and maintenance across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines.
- Geotechnical & Structural Investigations: Site investigations, soil testing, and structural assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
